Country of origin	In addition to using grapes from our vineyards and vinified on its own, we prefer the area along the river Piave in the province of Treviso, typical of this variety.
Organic Features	Colour: garnet red with slight transparency amaranth. Taste: dry, slightly tannic acid on a background very nice. Bouquet: vinous, elegant with hints of cherry

Temperature	18°-20° C, uncorking the bottle at least 1 hour before serving
