Pavan Vini history
The winemaking tradition of the Pavans began in 1919.
Over these years our winery has constantly expanded to meet the increasing requirements as our position in the National market has established a very reputation.
Today Vini Pavan is a winery of considerable dimensions with a large production capacity and which uses state-of-the-art technologies, although wholesomeness is still the distinctive feature of our products.
Fragrant and generous, our wines also offer to those who taste them the tradition and human values of the culture of region Veneto, these features have been passed on by a family business which has successfully combined dedication with innovation.
Production and logistics
Our wine business is engaged in the whole manufacturing cycle, from grape harvest to packaging. A discrete quantity of the merchandised wine comes from grapes grown in our vineyards; however, a lot of grapes, must and wine are also supplied by the very selected local farms and co-operatives. We make use of the state-up-the-art techniques and means in order to manufacture the product as best as we can. For the production of sparkling wine we use the “Charmat” method, which consists of a natural fermentation process in autoclave . That’s why our products are absolutely healthy and unadulterated, according to the dietary discipline.
As far as packaging is concerned, you may choose among different possibilities: returnable-empty plastic baskets of 6/12 bottles, non-returnable-empty cardboard boxes of 6/12 bottles and thermo-film cases of 6/12 bottles.
Moreover we offer two computerised lines of filling kegs of 20/25 and 30 litres but we can pack other capacities on behalf of a third party.
We have also met the market needs by suggesting the bag-in-box line with its 3, 5, 10 and 20 litres. However we have not forgot traditional packaging such as the classic demijohns with capacities of 5, 15, 34 and 54 litres.
Thanks to our very long experience as well the prominent manufacturing capacity, we can assure a “stock” production in order to avoid any shortage or too long undelivered goods. Our business supplies a capacious indoor warehouse for the storage of final products, carried by modern electric and electronic lifts.
To deliver wine to the North or the centre of Italy, we use only our personal staff and lorries, so that we constantly assure a correct “returnable-empty” service which is our strong belief to help the green-sustainable progress of the planet. All the lorries, of different size and carrying capacities, are fitted with hydraulic side. The union of all these elements let us satisfy as best as we can our customers’ needs as well arrange dates and times of delivery. Occasionally, for delivery of small quantities or to uncovered areas in Italy, we ask for a very fast and sure local courier.
For selling to foreign countries, although we deliver free on board, we can assure the best quotations and support.

The bottling line
The bottling line is completely computerized and, because of the various machines, we can offer a wide range of items of different capacities: litres 0,250; 0,500; 0,750; 1,000; 1,500; 2,000; 3,000.
Among the stoppers used, we may suggest both traditional and “stelvin” screw-caps, level corks, also characterised by the odd shape of mushroom and the trendy crown cap, which has recently had great success. As for labelling, we can assure the classic paper and glue label as well as the most modern stickers.
